Emphasis: This competition encourages students to showcase their ability to conduct original scientific research, develop innovative projects with a scientific basis, or perform thorough reviews and presentations of community-based initiatives that demonstrate a substantial integration of scientific knowledge.

- One Outstanding Award: $300 USD
- One Second Awards: $200 USD
- Five Third Place Awards: $100
Community Hero awards:
- Three awards goes out to leaders who promote this event and referred 3+ submissions (if there are more than 3 heroes, the most referred top 3 will win)
