In the image, you can see the back of a T-shirt featuring a printing plate with illustrations by my father. The plate was used to print a book. It also bears the signatures of the naturalists who had to approve every detail of his drawings, along with a box listing the animals’ names. Inside the T-shirt, there is an imprint describing the work in Slovak and English. The front features a minimalist drawing taken from the printing plate.

My name is Henrich Krejča, founder of KREJCA Heritage in Illustration. Our family collection holds over 3,400 meticulously hand-drawn scientific artworks created by the renowned academic painter Jindřich Krejča. His work has been published across Europe for decades and is celebrated for its rare combination of exact scientific precision and fine art aesthetics. Thousands of his original master illustrations are archived at the prestigious Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation in Pittsburgh.
