Environmental impacts
Production
Extracting materials like aluminum, silicon, and silver leads to habitat destruction, water pollution, soil erosion
Land use
Clearing land destroys habitats, and negative visual impacts
Operation
No air pollution. Reducing other energy sources’ negative impact
Recycling
Many components can be recycled: glass, AL frame, copper wire, and plastic junction box.
