The Game Dev Club at gamedevclub.tech is the ultimate spot for anyone at school who wants to move past just playing games and actually start building them. It’s a chill community where coders, artists, and writers hang out to turn random ideas into actual working projects.

Instead of just sitting in a classroom, we get hands-on with stuff like Unity and C#, which is honestly way more interesting than just doing textbook problems. It’s all about figuring out the logic behind how games work—like how to handle physics or script character movements—while working together in a way that feels more like a real dev studio than a school club.

The team behind the club is made up of students who know their stuff and are always down to help out when your code inevitably breaks. Led by a group of officers who handle everything from tech tutorials to organizing game jams, the leadership makes sure nobody feels lost, even if they are total beginners.

Notably the “Hall of Fame” is to pay respect to the people who started the club and built the foundation we’re using now.

The club hosts the Winter Melon Jam and the 2025 one is starting 12/26 and runs three days. It opens to everyone!
